The Play Manifesto (2024)

A Play Manifesto exhibition catalog is a series of five artworks that explore what it means for a practitioner to embody the playful attitude. Representing the five point manifesto, each artwork was made and curated ina way that translates theory into practice by applying Research through Design (RtD) approaches. Hence, the exhibition stands to be the outcome of my continued research on the art of play.

The Playful Attitude is..

Acknowledging that definitions belong to the definers, not the defined (1)

To not limit yourself with the imagination of others (2)

Having the ability to continuously question (3)

Understanding the importance of storytelling (4)

Knowing how and when to be empathetic, truly, madly, deeply. (5)
